Advisory born from eleven years of building.

Cleresdyne Advisory Services is the consulting arm of Cleresdyne Group, founded in 2015 in Dubai. Eleven years of building, servicing, renovating, and downsizing kitchens across more than a hundred GCC F&B operations. The Advisory practice was stood up in 2026 as a distinct service, to publish the methodology and frameworks that those eleven years produced.

Cleresdyne Group offers commercial kitchen design and fit-out, equipment supply, stainless steel fabrication, and maintenance services across the Gulf. Those services are a separate business from this Advisory practice. Their relationship is declared upfront on every engagement, and governed by our Transparency Policy.

Principal

Suhail Rasheed is the Director of Cleresdyne Group and the principal behind every Advisory engagement. Eleven years leading the design and delivery of commercial kitchens across the Gulf. Responsible for engagement direction and final recommendations. Advises in writing by preference.

Team

Suhail is supported by a senior technical team that has worked inside Cleresdyne Group for many years. Team members are assigned to Advisory engagements based on the specific questions a client brings: engineering-led, operational and financial, or maintenance and on-site. The people working on your engagement are introduced by name when scope is agreed and the engagement kickoff happens.

Partners

Where an engagement needs work outside our scope (concept development, menu strategy, interiors, brand identity, specialist legal work) we introduce named partners and structure the engagement so the client contracts each firm separately, with clear handoff points.

Every introduction follows the referral-transparency principle in our Transparency Policy: any commercial relationship is disclosed in writing at the time of the recommendation.

Geography

We advise across the Gulf Cooperation Council. Our present client base is UAE-concentrated, with active engagements in Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi. Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar are serviced on an engagement-by-engagement basis. International F&B investors with GCC holdings are a recurring profile.
