Scenarios and completed work.

GCC F&B clients expect discretion. We do not publish named client case studies. This section combines fictional scenarios with anonymized completed-work notes that show how an engagement is shaped, what the methodology looks like, and what the outcome pattern tends to be.

Entries labelled Scenario are fully fictional. Entries labelled Completed Work describe real advisory work with client, product, commercial, and identifying details removed. Private references from real engagements are available to qualified prospects during the written exchange.

  1. Completed Work · Anonymized · Feasibility

  2. Tier A · Multi-outlet operator · T3 Transformation

The 12-outlet burger chain with a delivery brand ahead.

  3. Tier B · Developer · T2 Strategic Advisory

A mall developer with a new F&B zone and a shared services problem.

Five tenant proposals, one fixed infrastructure envelope. Tenant compatibility matrix, three viable combinations ranked. Lower-rent combination chosen to avoid a transformer upgrade and an exhaust shaft conflict.

  4. Tier C · Investor · T2 Strategic Advisory

    A family office evaluating a six-outlet casual-dining acquisition.

Operational due diligence layer on top of financial and legal DD. Deferred maintenance liability identified, acquisition renegotiated at a materially lower price.

  5. T1 Rapid Intelligence

A first-time operator and a concept the numbers barely support.

Five-day feasibility read on a Vietnamese street food concept. Base-case payback at 9 to 10 years. Concept viable but marginal. Proceed with caution.
