Two families. Tight boundaries.
Advisory Services diagnose and recommend. Execution Services run it for you. Fees on Advisory are ranges because scope varies by site count, meal volume, and complexity. Fees on Execution are sized per engagement against the value we unlock for you.
Advisory Services: diagnose and recommend.
T1 through T4 plus three fixed-scope packages. Ranges shown; exact fee set per proposal after scope is agreed.
A three to five-day deep-read on a specific decision: a location, a menu, a cost line, a supplier. Short report, conclusion-first, for buyers testing us before a larger engagement.
Two to four weeks on one complete question: pre-lease feasibility, operational due diligence, unit-economic review, delivery-platform economics, kitchen or production engineering. Lead offer for developers and investors.
One to three months on a portfolio-scale question: outlet triage, operational reset, multi-site turnaround, a second-brand readiness programme. Lead offer for multi-outlet operators.
Steady counsel on the questions that arise between T3 engagements: supplier shifts, a second-brand decision, a compliance pathway. Minimum three months, most renew.
Four fixed-scope packages.
Scope is fixed because the question is fixed. Price is fixed for the same reason.
Short pre-lease review before a restaurant site is signed. Rough kW load, likely extract CFM range, exhaust, grease, drainage, landlord questions, and a sign, renegotiate, add conditions, or walk-away recommendation. Expanded T1 scope applies when site visits or formal review are needed.
New-outlet readiness check in the four weeks before first service. Kitchen commissioning, staff flow, menu-to-line alignment, day-one failure modes.
One-week audit of an operating kitchen. Throughput, staffing shape, equipment utilisation, cost leakage. Often the entry into a T3 Transformation.
Rent-pressure reset: same menu and output, less floor area. Spec rework, equipment substitution, process re-routing, staffing impact.
Execution Services: run it for you.
Procurement and project management. Fees sized per engagement against the value we unlock, typically ten to twenty per cent of the saving or value released. No published fee ranges.
Cold-room only, combi-oven fleet, warewash, or any single-category sourcing. Specifications through delivery QC and defects-liability close-out.
Full single-site equipment procurement, typical AED 500K to 1M equipment scope. Spec, RFP, evaluation, contract, delivery.
Multi-site or rollout procurement, typical AED 2M+ equipment scope. Designed for consolidation and standardisation alongside the work.
Procurement Management is governed by the Transparency Policy. You control the tender. If Cleresdyne is invited to bid, it is your decision, in writing.
Renovation or refit end to end. Often follows a Kitchen Performance Review that identifies a kitchen rework is the cheaper answer.
New single-site build, typical AED 1 to 3M project scope. Pre-construction planning through handover.
Multi-site rollout, five or more sites. Designed for schedule compression and standardisation across units.
Central production kitchen programme. Site, process, equipment, commissioning, with production volumes and multi-outlet supply in view.
We do not act as Project Manager on any project where Cleresdyne Group is the contractor. If you want both, we decline one role. This cannot be overridden by consent. See Principle 8 of the Transparency Policy.
