No discovery calls. Every engagement starts in writing.

The questions that matter are more carefully thought through in writing than in a scheduled call. This is the flow from first contact to close-out.

  1. Assessment.

You take the F&B Operation Readiness Score: 15 minutes, online, no call. A personalised report reaches you within the hour, scoring your situation against 15 operational problems we see most often across GCC F&B.

  2. Written exchange.

If the Assessment indicates fit, we begin a written exchange, typically three to five emails over two to five days. This includes a detailed questionnaire tailored to your operation, so we can map the specific problems and constraints before proposing an approach. No calendar pressure.

  3. Transparency Policy and engagement letter.

When there is clear fit, we send our Transparency Policy and a one-page engagement letter. You sign both. This is the first formal document you see from us.

  4. Proposal.

Within five working days of the signed engagement letter, you receive a full proposal: scope, deliverables, timeline, fee, team, references.

  5. Kickoff.

Only after contract signature do we pick up the phone. A kickoff call, one hour, confirms scope and starts the work.

  6. Delivery.

The engagement runs on its own cadence. For T1 you receive a short written report in three to five days. For T2 in two to four weeks. For T3 across one to three months with interim written touchpoints.

  7. Close-out and retained option.

Every engagement ends with a written close-out note. Many Tier A clients roll into a T4 Retained arrangement for steady counsel between engagements.

Why written-first?

The questions that matter are more carefully thought through in writing than in a discovery call. Your time and ours are expensive. This motion filters buyers who want relationship-first sales from buyers who want carefully-considered advice.
