Where we work.
Home is Dubai. We have designed, supplied and installed across the Gulf for eleven years, and we have priced or are tendering work in the Caucasus and East Africa. But where we work is less useful to you than how, because the kitchen you are responsible for is probably not in any of those places.
How we deliver at a distance
The Incoterm is decided and the landed cost calculated by tariff heading. Who is importer of record is agreed, because it matters more than the freight. Equipment is selected for the climate it will run in, from published design conditions, not from the weather on the day someone looked.
Our own technicians, mobilised from Dubai with visas, travel and medical insurance, and tools under carnet where the destination requires one. We do not subcontract the refrigeration or the commissioning.
Accommodation within reach of site. Daily transport. Any work authorisation or site pass the jurisdiction requires. A dry, secure store from the day of delivery. Temporary power at the work face. These are stated in the agreement before we book a flight.
Four men in a hotel are the same whether there is work or not, so what happens if the site is not ready is agreed before we book a flight. Nobody enjoys that conversation. Everybody is glad it happened early.
Commissioning and handover on the ground, with a record per asset. Then a local service partner working to our schedules and our checklists, with us holding the register. A kitchen four hours from the nearest technician needs a plan for the day something stops, and that plan is part of the job.
In the Gulf
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and the Northern Emirates from the Dubai office and the Sharjah workshop. Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC through locally licensed engineering partners where the approval route requires a resident stamp.
Send us your layout.
Tell us where the site is. We will tell you what the distance changes, and what it does not.
